Beginner's Guide to Breathwork and Meditation

New for November and December 2024

Active Fakenham is very excited to team up with Maria Fenn and Everyone Active Fakenham to support the community by offering a Beginner’s Guide to Breathwork and Meditation .

Maria is a practitioner with over 20 years of experience in holistic health and energy work.

These workshops are perfect for complete beginners, as well as those who have been “trying” to meditate for years without success. Each session starts with gentle movement, which can be done from a chair or mat, to stretch the body before moving into breathwork, followed by a deeply relaxing meditation. Over the course of the workshop, you'll discover simple techniques to quiet the mind, find clarity, and cultivate inner peace.

Why meditation and breathwork?

Meditation and breathwork are powerful tools for calming the mind, reducing stress, and improving overall wellbeing. They help you reconnect with your inner self, bringing balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of energy into your life.

You can sign up for the four introductory classes at a discount or, if there are spaces, you can drop in and pay on the day.
